This is Virginia’s first LEED Platinum house. If you’re not familiar with what LEED is (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design). Basically this house is one extremely sustianable sturcture, probably selling energy credits back into the grid. The house is a collaboration between Metro Green and Kaplan Thompson Architects.
