5/31/2011 - Cleon Peterson

First of all, his name is Cleon. Pretty thweet… cool names aside though, I’m really enjoying the work by Cleon Peterson. It reminds me of the imagery on ancient vases depicting the social heirarchies and politics of the times. Not sure if he intentionally  referenced this, but either way, the minimal color palette and well spaced figures make me wanna clear some room on my walls for a little destruction.
