HYPOCRITE: Lamar Smith
Lamar Smith, as many of you may know, is the Congressman leading the Stop Online Piracy Act. If that Act turns to law it will basically kill what we now know as the internet , but thanks to a little investigating from our friends at VICE, we have reason to believe that Mr. Lamar Smith is in fact breaking copyright laws that he supposedly is pushing to protect. Its unfortunate too, because noone would care less, had Mr. Smith not tried to latch on to a silly cause such as onlne copyright regulating to further his own political career.
